Norwegian Centres of Expertise Instrumentation, (NCEI), and NTNU invites you to ITovation 5 at Gloshaugen campus, “Gamle Elektro” building, auditorium EL5, 14:15-18:30 pm, 14 May.

ITovation 5 will focus on instrumentation, and will approach the subject from different angles.

Main speaker:  Professor Jong-Hwan Kim, Korea:

Computational Intelligence for Cyber-Physical Robot System

This talk introduces the new concepts, recent progress and developments of ubiquitous robot, genetic robot and cyber-physical robot systems along with the new classification of robot intelligenc. Special emphasis is placed on the usage of computational intelligence, social intelligence, behavioral intelligence, ambient intelligence, genetic intelligence and group (or swamp) intelligence. This system will provide us with seamless, calm, and context-aware services in a networked environment.

Partner for this event is NCEI, a  cluster of ten core businesses and participants from R&D/educational institutions established with main office in Trondheim.

In addition to professor Kim, we will introduce you to businesses and PhD-students with instrumentation as the basis for the research or business concept. More info to come soon.
